Saturday we all went to the temple. We missed the photo opp; got lost in the crowd. It was a busy day at the temple. 5 weddings. After we went to Craigos pizza buffet.
We had a fun filled weekend. This pics will be familiar if you look at Mickie's blog. Friday evening the Braggs and Spences went bowling. Nate did horrible, got about a 60. Just wasn't his night. Usually he gets over 100.
After bowling we went to Bajios one of our favorite restaurants. Tanner didn't get to bed til after 10 all weekend, but surprisingly didn't get grumpy.
He is done! Congratulations Nate! He enjoyed graduation more than I did, probably because everything was directed toward him and he had one of the best seats in the auditorium. I, on the other hand, had to sit on a backless bench way up in the corner of the auditorium, which is already hard to do, but being pregnant made it ten times worse. And they make you stand up when all the--what feels like million--graduates come in and then you stay standing for the color guard. I got light headed, probably because of lack of oxygen way up where I was sitting, or maybe it was 
because I was sitting around a bunch of stinky teenagers so I tried to breathe as little as possible. When the color guard was doing their thing, things for me started to go black. I was praying they would hurry and finish so I could sit before I completely blacked out and fell over. Luckily they did, just in time. Other than that it was great. Elder Ballard was there and spoke about the internet and how we can use it for missionary work. Not what I was expecting at a graduation but interesting. Tanner didn't come for the main part of graduation thanks to Michaela, she watched him for us. But Tanner came when the 
graduates divided into colleges and walked. That was hard too, he wanted to walk around the whole time, which luckily we were able to do. Lot of little kids were there and doing the same. So that was my thoughts on graduation, I should have Nate post what he thought.
It's finally gotten warm enough to go outside with a jacket. Tanner kind of scares me with how brave he is. He crawls all over the bigger kid playground. There is a little kid one right next to it, but he wasn't interested. Guess I will have to always keep a close eye on him.
I took Tanner to McDonalds to play on the play thing and there were two girls there that were so obnoxious. One's mom scolded her, so she sat and cried to whole time. The other one wouldn't let Tanner near her little brother. She'd give him stink eye, push him and yell if he got too close. So emotional! I was thinking I wanted a girl, but now I am pretty satisfied boys, even if they are rowdier. I must say though, I definitely know more sweet girls than sassy ones, but I was just feeling better today about having a 2nd boy.
It is finally getting warm enough to go outside again. I say warm, but I mean 35 degrees. My mom laughs because the temperatures in Oregon are about what twice ours are. As you can see we still have quite a bit of snow that needs to melt.
For some reason Tanner loves the Wiggles Show. Here he is dancing along.
Saturday we got together with Jordan and Michaela to color eggs.
It wasn't going so well until I experimented and put a drop of food coloring on an egg and blew it around. I got quite light headed. But they turned out pretty cool. Michaela and I had fun taking pictures of the eggs. Tanner didn't help with eggs this year, but he got into Jordan and Michaela's easter candy and spilled a bunch on the floor.
because Tanner was getting tired. I didn't get great pictures of the weekend.
We got these balloons after a party and Tanner loves them. In fact Jordan and Michaela (brother & sister-in-law) have held on to a helium balloon (it actually still floats) from Valentines day just so he can punch it around when he goes over there.
I got out Tanner's old walker because I babysat my nephew Joel, and Tanner wanted to play in it. It entertained him for a good 45 minutes. He gets around in it much better now.
Here is Paul (my brother) with his son Joel and Tanner. Whenever Joel is getting attention there's Tanner pushing himself in. He hates to be out of the center of attention.
This is kind of a cute video. Joel copies people cough and Tanner found that out.
Here's Tanner's first experience with Play dough. I made it. It was only fun for a while. He wanted me to make balls so he could throw them to me.
Then we blew bubbles. Notice he can say the word bubble. He's picking up words faster now. We blew so many that the floor got slick and he was slipping and sliding.
So, we decided to put the side of Tanner's crib back on. A couple days ago he started showing up in our room at 6 a.m., blanket in hand, ready to be up for the day. I won't have that. He used to wake up and play in his crib for up to an hour while we slept. I'm not ready to sacrifice sleep; I will be doing that soon enough.
Tanner helped me make some bread today, so I put my apron on him. He had a good time with the flour. I should have taken other pictures; didn't think about it til after.
He loves to talk on the phone. Sorry if he ever calls you on accident. He's done it a lot. I am amazed our phones have lasted as long as they have since he plays with them so much.
Tanner has been getting worse the last couple days. Not eating or drinking, and when he does he throws it up because he coughs so much. I took him to the doctor today and he has an ear and throat infection, so he's on some antibiotics now. So hopefully he'll feel better soon.
