We were bored this afternoon, so I got out the camera and messed around. I wink at Tanner a lot and he started doing it back. He does it perfectly.

Scooting again

Remember this scooter from last summer? The best thing for a little boy to have in my opinion. It is the one thing that has never gotten old for Tanner.


This was Tanner last summer in NJ with his buddy. We are so excited to see them when we go to Utah for Nate's clinical affiliation in a couple months. Definitely taking the scooter so they can do more scootin'.
And sticks never get old either. :)

Gorgeous Family

This family was in our student ward when we were in Rexburg. Rachel was my faithful visiting teacher and friend. I was so excited to get to take pictures for them. They are all so photogenic.

Book of Mormon Stories

This is Tanner's favorite song: Book of Mormon Stories. He actually knows all the words to the first verse, he just skipped some parts. I love it! The "duh! duh!" is my favorite. I would love to see videos like this of me as a kid. Too bad the technology just wasn't the same way back then. :)

Tanner the poser

Tanner saw me posing for the pictures Nate took of me in my skirt and he wanted to be photographed too. So here is our little photo shoot. Not bad a striking a pose huh?

He's really into drawing these days and "writing his name". He's drawing on a dry erase board in those couple pictures.

Tanner has been cracking me up lately. The other day I called Dallin "Honey" and he said mom, "He's not honey! Honey is for bees!"

He really likes to chat. We'll just sit an talk about whatever is on his mind. It is fun to get to know him more.

Look what I made

I needed a project, so I got this pattern from here and made a skirt. The top is smocked so it can work as a maternity skirt also, not that I am pregnant. I just love versatile clothing.

I swap babysitting with a couple of friends and this is one of Tanner's buddies, Emily, that I watch a couple days. They are pretty cute together. They switched toys, Tanner gets Barbie, Emily gets a car.

On the phone with Joel

Tanner likes to chat on the phone. With anyone really, but he was laughing and pacing while he talked to his cousin Joel. The conversation was mostly. "Hi Joel!" and "Whatcha doin' Joel?" Over and over again. And squeals of excitement. It was pretty amusing. I hope my kids get to live by their cousins. My cousins were some of my best friends.

Snow

We finally got more snow and went sledding. No pictures. Forgot my camera. There is still time.

But here are Tanner and Dallin playing. I know, Tanner looks underdressed. He seems to be immune to cold. Doesn't bother him.

Dallin likes to eat snow. He will pick it out of the crevices on his shoes and eat it.
