Dallin and Nate had a Columbus day off of school and work but the other kids didn't get so we went on a hike. Since Calin is home schooled we took him with us. It was a beautiful fall day.

Halloween time
We picked out some pumpkins at the pumpkin patch this year. I haven't always been able to go because I usually have photo sessions every weekend in October.
Amber found a pumpkin that looked kind of like a watermelon.
Apparently I missed Ashlyn in these pictures.

Silly Amber
This girls is full of personality and spunk. I love her. The top two are selfies she took on my phone. The bottom is how her teacher sees her. :)
Amber learned to ride a bike! We live on a hilly cul de sac now so she hasn't been able to practice so we went to the kid's school.
Sock Hop
Ashlyn went to a sock hop with Nate. Sounds like they had a good time. Michaela made these poodle skirts for the girls.

Kid time
We go to Kid Time every Wednesday. Usually we meet friends there. It's fun. We've gone there since we moved here and always find something fun to do there.
Jogathon
The kids' school does a Jogathon fundraiser every year where the kids run for 30 minutes and get pledges for every lap ran. Amber got 7 laps and Ashlyn ran 13. Each lap is a quarter mile.

First Day of School and 1 tooth gone for Amber
Amber has lost her first tooth! She should have lost the one right beside it first, that tooth has been coming in for a while now. Hopefully it will eventually come out on its own.
End of Summer trips
We went to Lake of the Woods with family and friends again this year. We did this last year and it was so fun! We played at the lake and hung out around the camp fire. I hope it continues to be a tradition.
We also went to visit Matt and Mickie in Washington. We always love hiking with them. It is so beautiful there.
The cousins all performed these skits. It was pretty cute.
